Tuesday, 1/18: Practice
Seniors, be prepared for the group picture that we hand out at Senior Night!

Wednesday, 1/19: Arapahoe Youth Wrestling Meet
As in years past, we are asking our wrestlers to volunteer at one of two youth wrestling nights this month. Many of our wrestlers participated in the youth program when they were younger and it is a great way to give back. If you were not able to help last week, I am expecting you to help this week. Of course, we would welcome anyone that helped last week to help again this week as it is our last one.

Thursday, 1/20: Picture Day
We will be taking pictures on Thursday. Please bring the attached order form if you want to order individual or team pictures. Please have your singlet with you for individual and team pictures. I will let wrestlers know Wednesday which picture they should be in (Varsity, JV, Frosh, Girls).

Friday, 1/21: Arapahoe vs Eaglecrest
This is one of the best nights of wrestling each season.
Eaglecrest is very much like our team. They have a lot of wrestlers and they’re competitive. I will be communicating with their coaches to pair up as many wrestlers as possible.
